This is where the answers are to the most common questions prospective adventures might have about traveling.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, life happens and situations  may arise to cause you to cancel your vacation plans. Rose Travel always recommends that you purchase Travel Insurance (even if it's not through us) to safeguard your trip and secure your investment. Depending on the vacation package, there are usually fees and penalties involved with canceling. Rose Travel will assess those fees/penalties according to the vacation package that you are on when resolving your cancellation request.

Rose Travel uses a Payment Schedule ("Layaway Plan") to help facilitate the payments and expense of the trips. The Rose Travel payment schedule(s) established for each trip must be strictly followed in order to guarantee the package rates in effect when your deposit is made. Client agrees to be responsible for the scheduled amount due at time of Cancellation. Failure to follow the established payment schedule may result in changes or increases to your package rate. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. All rates are effective today and subject to change until a deposit is received.

How often do you update your site with new Vacations?

Regularly, our site is monitored on a regular basis. When a vacation package is approved, it is immediately added to our site to assure that our current and new members have an opportunity to make a decision and arrange payments.
